Which Mudra is used to show “certain”?
What Mudra is used to show opening and closing of doors?(is it Patakam?)

>Who gave the name “Bharatham” to “Sathir”?
This is not an authoritative answer, so cross check it with some one else but I think it is Rukmini Devi Arundale ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rukmini_Devi_Arundale )

>What is another name for Aathi Thalam?
Chathusra jaathi triputa thalam

Do you need the samyukta hasta mudras from nATya SAstra or from abhinaya darpanam?

Rameet,
the slokas are in sanskrit. and there are two versions, one from nATya SAstra and one from abhinaya darpaNam.
