was a very good concert without rising to heights, IMHO. Khamas and Ramakriya were good, although he mis-pronounced one word in Shri sundararajam (surprising, considering I have heard him sing it correctly before). begada, saveri, kharaharapriya were all very good... accompanists were spot-on too.
i guess it was a case of going in with very high expectations...

Excellent Concert: IMHO. Thoroughly enjoyed it. This is the first time I am hearing Vijay Siva live - It was just pure unadulterated music all the way - no gimmicks, no unnecessary talks- the highlight for me was the RTP in kharaharapriya. Clear enunciation of lyrics, amazing voice and bhavam all added to the presentation. Accompanists contribution were top notch as well.
