Lji, here you go: (I do not think it was discussed before)
pallavi
sharavaNabhava enum tiru mandiram tanai sadA japi en nAvE Om

Oh tongue (nAvE) of mine (en)! Please chant/meditate upon (japi) the sacred (tiru) prayer (mantiram tanai) that goes (enum) 'Om SaravaNabhava', at all times (sadA).

anupallavi
purameritta paraman neTrik-kaNNil uditta
bOdha svarUpan porp-pAdam tanaip-paNindu (SaravaNabhava enum...)

(Oh tongue of mine please chant the sacred prayer 'Om SaravaNabhava' at all times) after worshipping (paNindu) at the golden/beautiful (por) feet (pAdam tanai) of the embodiment (svarUpan) of supreme consciousness (bOdha) who arose (uditta) from the eye (kaNNil) on the forehead (neTRi) of the pre-eminent (paraman) [1] Lord who burnt (eritta) the three worlds (puram) [2].

caraNam
maN misai kiDanduzal piravip-piNiyait-tIrkkum
mAyai agalap-pErinba neriyil shErkkum
taNmadi nigar kuLir karuNai nilavumizhum
SaNmukha priya SadAkSara pAvana (SaravaNabhava enum…)

(Oh tongue of mine please chant the) sacred (pAvana) six (shaT)-lettered (akshara) (prayer) that is dear to/favored/liked by (priya) the six (shaT/ShaN)-faced (mukha) Lord who:
• Removes/destroys (tIrkkum) worldly suffering (piNiyai) of the people who live/exist (kiDandu) and spin around aimlessly (uzhal) atop (miSai) this earth (maN), that is ordained at birth (piravi)
• Unites/carries (SErkkum) one to the state (neriyil) of limitless bliss (pErinba) that occurs when illusion (mAyai) vanishes (agala)
• Emits (umizhum) sustaining/restful/heart-warming (kuLir) [3] rays (nilavu) of compassion (karuNai) that are equal (nigar) to the cool (taN) moon (madi)
(that goes 'Om SaravaNabhava' at all times).

FOOTNOTES
[1] paraman is Siva
[2] Refers to the story of Siva's destruction of the three worlds (puras) ruled by tArakAsha, kamalAksha and vidyunmAli
[3] In hot climates, a 'sustaining' feeling is fostered by perception of 'coolness', while in colder climes the same sentiment is expressed with the phrase 'heart-warming' – explanation of the paramAcArya of kAnci, quoted by Rajani in another thread
