As part of their monthly series, I understand Abhishek Raghuram is performing at Odakathur Mutt at 6 PM this evening(June 13th)

I understand Kum Aishwarya is performing prior to that - 430 PM today.

Did you go to these concerts? If so, please write about them. If not, I'm wondering if anyone else from the forum did go.

Could stay back for only 2 songs of Abhishek as I had some other commitments.

1) Ninnukori - Varnam - Mohanam
2) Sarasiruhasana Priye - Nattai - Puliyur Duraiswamy Iyer.

As I was leaving , I could hear the strains of Dhanyasi Raga Alapana.

Abhishek sang a riveting Varnam in Mohanam.
The swaraprastharam in Nattai at "Saraswathi" was fantastic. Wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely Abhishek is set to scale very great heights in CM. He was accompanied by Sri C.N.Chandrasekharan on Violin and Sri H.S.Sudhindhra on Mridanga. I am sorry, I am not aware of the name of the Morsing Vidwan.

Among the audience were Vidushi Charulatha Ramanujam and her husband & Jayanti & Kumaresh. Did not see any forumite at the venue.

Arasi - I heard it was a *brilliant* concert - and there were many music celebrities who attended too - like the Kumaresh's and Charulatha Ramanujam.
I was stuck in Whitefield and thanks to Blr traffic could not attend the concert. My loss!
