I have received the following E-Mail from sri V.S,Narasimhan, Violinist inviting me for the Madras String Quartet concert on 2nd July 2010 at KGS.

Dear Sri. Nageswaran,

The Madras String Quartet will be performing on 2nd July 2010 at 6:30 PM at Krishna Gana Sabha as part of the 'Yagnaraman July Fest 2010'.

Mr. Ramesh Vinayakam has given a caption for our concert - "Serene Serenades - When Carnatic Sings on Western Strings". Ramesh will be giving a brief introduction to the audience about the String Quartet, its instrumental combination, its musical concept etc.

I understand that Sri Ramesh Vinayakam, music director has written an article in the Sruthi magazine of June 2010 issue about Sri V.S.Narasimhan with his photo in the front cover page of the Sruthi magazine.

In this magazine, the full concert details at KGS is given about "Yagnaraman July Fest 2010.

I also understand that there will be a Carnatic - Hindustani Jugalbandi music of Sri Sriram Parthasarathy and Sanjay Abyankar on 28th July 2010.

I am in Pune and will be returning to Chennai on 22nd July 2010 and I didn't have the acssess to the Sruthi magazine as of now.

If any Rasika is subscrbing to the Sruthi magazine, they may kindly post the full concert programe at KGS in June and July 2010 for all Rasikas to know the concert programmes at KGS.
