I just learnt the following wonderful ragamalika song I need help with correct lyrics , meaning , name of composer and the deity it is addressed to. Please pardon my incorrect Tamizh at some places. Unfortunately the person whom I learnt from knows the tune of this song very well but is not an expert in Tamizh and has lost track of the composer name for this song as she learnt this 35 years back.

There is not a clue in this song to indicate the name of the deity--no description, no features mentioned. It is a generic song. It could apply to any deity. If I were to venture a guess it would be Krishna. If that is wrong it could be Murugan. Definitely one of the two.

Now for the overall meaning.
P: I was hoping you would come and was looking out for you but I am feeling miserable (since you didn't come)
C1: I was out of (your) sight. You stay in my mind and take care of of me with all compassion. (I was hoping to see you)
C2: Oh Lord, I was keeping milk, fruits, and honey ready for you to quench your hunger. I was also waiting with fragrant flowers to adorn your feet and worship you.
C3: In the sweet Thamizh language I wrote a song-garland (pAmAlai) on you pouring my heart out. Although it flows out in merry gait, how come you don't have any mercy on me?
C4: I dedicated my body, mind, and spirit to you and called for you. I am tired. Oh lord of lods, I am still looking for you to give me your grace and salvation.

If the composer is Ambujam KrishNA, then the song must refer to Krishna only and not Murugan.

Not so, SR. Although this particular song may address Krishna without mentioning his name or features, our arasi may testify to the various compositions of AK on other deities such as Murugan, Ganesha etc. Let us wait for her to chip in.

Yes,MK. I stand corrected. Although, as I guessed, this particular composition is by Ambujam Krishna, I do find compositions on other deities, including Murugan( Subramanian ! ) also by Ambujam Krishna. Ambujam Krishna of TVS Iyengar family is not a Sri Vaishnava, I guess.
