kaalalODum -----> kAdalODum (with love)
mundan ----> munden (my previous)
viNai ---> vinai (karma)
bayanda ---> payanda (delivered)

OK, I did not want to pre-empt others who would have volunteered.
Here is my rough translation.
pallavi
singaaravElavan vandaan yenDranai aaLa
The handsome Murugan (with the spear) came to rule over me
anupallavi
pongaadaravODum aDangaa magizhvODum
perum kAdalODum ayyan
tanga mayiliniDai tunga vaDivinoDu
With overflowing concern, boundless happiness, and immense love He came riding the golden peacock in all dignified splendor
caraNam
kandan paNiyum anbar sondan
karuNai koL mukundan marugan murugan
munden vinai payanda bandam toLaitaruLai
indaa indaa yenDru
yEzhai kuDi muzhudum vaazha aruL puriya
Kandan (Murugan), the nephew of the compassionate/merciful Mukundan(tirumAl), is close (sondan) to the devotees who worship him. He came to eliminate (tolaittu) the karma that followed me as a result of my past (previous births) deeds. He offers his bountiful grace for all simple folks to prosper

Here "Ezhai kuDi" means all the folks who need hope and love beyond what fellow citizens can give. In KambarAmAyaNam, Rama refers to Guhan as "Ezhai vEDan" (not just "poor" hunter which he is not but one who is simple)

A suggestion. Blue is easier on the eye.
