siddhi vinAyakam - Siddhi Vinakaya,
praNavAkAram - whose form resembles the OM,
prasanna smita vadanam - and who has a happy smiling face,
gaNanAyakam - (who is) the master of the Shiva gaNas,
nikhila bhuvana mangaLa varadAyakam - who grants auspicious boons to all the worlds,
maNigaNa kiraNa nAnavidha kalpa dharaNam - the bearer of many kinds of jewels that shine with many gems,
lOka kAraNam - the cause of the universe,
ati samvrta shiva gaNa sura gaNa mahatAnanda naTanam - who dances causing great joy to the shiva gaNas and Devas surrounding Him,
dundubi diNDima mridanga Damaruha rava dhrimita dhrimita sancala caraNam - whose feet move to the beat of "dhrimita dhrimita" to the sounds of the various instruments,
karuNArasa varSaNa mukha kamalam - whose lotus-face showers mercy,
kAtyAyani phalapradam - the giver of the complete fruit of Katyayani Vrata(observed by the Gopikas),
nandakumAra labdhi-varapradam - the one who grants the wish of attaining union with Krishna,
atishaya lambOdara vikaTarAjam - the one with a terrible form and an immensely big belly,
amalam - the faultless one

Great Rajani - shouldn't the kAtyAyini phalapradam and nandakumAra labdhi varapradam be taken together? Didn't gaNESa help the gOpikas with the kAtyAyini vrata so that they could attain krishNa - attaining him was the phala of their vrata, right?

Thanks Ravi. Yes , the 2 phrases indeed shd be taken together for the complete meaning. Vinayaka removes the obstacles to perform the Katyayani Vrata, which will result in attaining Nandakumara!
