Respected Lakshman Sir,
There are a couple of words needing corrections.
[1] In the second line of [c] it is "sArasa netram"
[2] In the same line it is "tAraka svarupam"
[3] In the last line "gaNatmakam''

Thanks. I agree that sArasa nEtram is a typo. But in the two books I have (Compositions of Sri Ramnad Srinivasa Iyengar by N.C.Parthasarathy and Compositions of Sriman "Poochi" Srinivasa Iyengar by Salem Chellam Iyengar, the words are tAraka caritram and kaNAtmakam. Both versions use the subscripts to denote the sounds.
Where is your reference re: tAraka svarUpam and gaNAtmakam from?

Here is my trial, any corrections, additions... are welcome

shrI venkaTEsham varam cintayAmi bhavaharam satatam
I always(satatam) meditate(cintayAmi) on SrI venkaTeSa who is the topmost(varam) and the remover(haram) of the miseries of the world(bhava)

dEvEndra vinutam dIna dayAkaram dhIrAgragaNyam dEvAdi dEvam
He is worshipped(vinutam) by the head of the demigods - indra(devendra), he is merciful(dayAkaram) to the depressed(dIna), he is the chief(agragaNyam) among the grave persons(dhIra), he is the devatA of all devatAs(devAdIdevam)

mArajanakam mAdhavanAmakam marakatAngam madhura bhASiNam
The father(janakam) of manmatha(mAra), one who is adorned with the name(nAmakam) mAdhava [husband of SrI], one whose bodily complexion(angam) respresents the sparkles of the saphhire stone(markata), one whose speech(bhASinam) is sweetly nectarean(madhura)

sArasa nEtram satva guNAtmakam tAraka caritram daitya samhAriNam
His eyes(netram) can be compared to a lotus(sArasa), he is the embodiment(Atmakam) of purity(satva guNa), his character(caritam) is all-elevating(tAraka) and he destroys(samhAriNam) the demons(daitya)

shrI ramA sahitam shrI cakradhAriNam shrInivAsa shESa pOSakam
He enjoys the company(sahitam) of balarAma(SrI rAma), he wields the disc(SrI cakradhAriNam), he is the abode(nivAsam) of SrI, he is the nourisher(poSakam) of his devotees like shesha.

nIrajAsanAnuta padam nAradAdi kaNAspadam ghOra pApa haraNamudam vAraNArthi hara varadam
His feet(padam) are revered(nuta) by brahma who has the lotus(nIraja) as his seat(Asana), he gracefully(mudam) wipes out(haraNa) even the most abominable(ghora) sins(pApa).

There are some words that i dont understand in the last line.

Lakshman Sir,
I learnt this song way back in 1960
My late Guru did not refer any script while teaching. So I do not know the source.
The last line refers to "gajendra moksha"
"varaNA" is elephant
"Aarti" is the misery
"hara"is remover {of the misery]
"varadam" the bestower of boons.
Thank you

Sir,
One more correction
Sri ramA is a reference to 'Lakshmi' and not Sri Balaram.
