Need the meaning of this shloka (uttungollasinasam)

I need to know the exact meaning word-by-word of this shloka.
some meaning I have found is unclear to me, please help.

Avnipriya - here is my attempt - with some minor corrections :

vaktram -( May your) face

uttungOllAsinAsam -which has a high(uttunga) and prominent(ullAsi) nose(nAsam)

hari-maNi-mukura-prOllasad-ganDa-pAlI - (which has) cheeks shining like mirrors of sapphire (Indra-neela gem)

vyAlOlat -karNa -pAshAncita - makara - maNI -kuNDala -dvandva-dIpram - (cheeks) which relfect the twin fish-shaped , swaying ear ornaments

manda-smita-madhura-taram - (face which is) even sweeter with a gentle smile

prIti-prasyandi- (smile that) springs forth from love/compassion

aruNatara-cchAya-bimbAdharAntah: - (smile that springs) out of your very red lips resembling a "Kovai" fruit

unmIlad-danta-pankti-sphurad - revealing shining rows of teeth,

udhAsatAm - may (that face) appear

These are my questions :
1. “karNa-pAshAncita” makes me think of ’decorated with ear-chains‘, does it literally mean so ?
2. According to Sanskrit grammar, I've seen many uses of ch (छ्),
I notice that we place c (च्) before ch (छ्) in compounded words.
such as tanu + chavim = tanucchavim, aruNatara + chAya = aruNataracchAya.
I want to know which rule we must apply on this case ?

Avnipriya - I cannot figure out why pAsha is used here. Hope someone can shed some light here.

Re the c appearing before ch during joining of words, there is surely some Sutra in Astadhyayi which rules it so, I do not remember it offhand.

karNapASa may mean 'beautiful ears'; so, karNapASAncita - could mean 'beautiful, curved ears'?

The PaNinian rule for placing c (च्) before ch (छ्) is छे च । (Pan 6.1.73) which justifies your examples
such as tanu + chavim = tanucchavim, aruNatara + chAya = aruNataracchAya

In this case karNapAsha is a dwandwa compound 'ear-chain'
karNapAshEna ancita it karNapAshAncita (decorated/marked/adorned/graced... by ear-chain)

It is swinging (vyAlOlat) because of the earchain...
