i am very happy that smt.C.Saroja and C Lalitha are to be conferred with the title of sangita kalanidhj by the MUSIC ACADEMY this year. Needless to say this is a fitting honour to the talented sisters who have been captivating our hearts by their enchanting music., kudos to their guru poojyasri T K Govindarao. Heartiest congrats to Bombay sisters They have also recorded innumerable cassettes and cds of slokas,, a boon to those who are interested to learn slokas. . gobilalitha

Hearty Congratulations to the veteran sisters C Saroja and C lalitha, the famous Bombay sisters for their Sangeetha Kalanidhi award for the year 2010.

The Bhava, the diction of the lyrics in their divine singing, added with melody has made their singing enjoyable. Special mention to their rendering of Dasa compositions and Jaydeva's Ashtapadis, off course, my choice of the sisters singing.
