Dear Govindan
The website gives the meaning of 'vinAyaka turagArUDham' as the one who rides on a mount that has no equal.
Here vi-nayaka (the king ob birds) and turaga both mean garuDa, I think. It will be helpful if you can kindly give how the two words mean 'the one who rides on a mount that has no equal'.Also muddusvAmi deekSitar is well known to have composed kR^tis on each kSethram. So it is difficult to understand how he has composed a kr^ti praising the deities of two kshEthrams.
In the charanam of the kR^ti deeksitar says;alamElumangA samEtam' which obviously is reference to Lord VenkaTEshvara
of Tirupathi. The goddess of venkatachalapathi in Pulivalam is Anandavalli. So how can this kR^ti refer to Pulivalam? Can it be a composition of someone else taking the mudra guruguha?

Dear Sarangam,
'turaga' here means 'fast moving'. http://webapps.uni-koeln.de/tamil/.

Anandavalli is the consort of Lord Siva at pulivalam who is called 'dakshiNa gOkarNeSvara'. http://www.shaivam.org/siddhanta/sp/spt_v_pulivalam.htm (Tamil website).

There is a 'vEnkaTAcalapati' temple at pulivalam. http://www.keetru.com/puthakam/apr09/john_peter.php

Please also refer to karNATaka kApi rAga maNipravALa kRti 'vEnkaTAcalapatE' - http://guruguha.org/wiki/venkatacalapate.html
