Saramathi - Mokshamu galada - Adi - T (started at sakshakara, sung in vilamba kalam soothingly. felt the song could have sounded better in mandara sthayi)
Kalyani (R) - Bhajare Re Chitta - Rupakam - MD (NS@devim sakthi bheejodhbava, T)
Malavi - Marivera gathi nakevaru - Adi - GNB
Abhogi RTP - vande sadha bogeendra sayinam damodaram sridharam harim - Tisra Triputa

One thing that stood out is their voice & voice control (notable exception of
not hearing breath inhale/exhale as against KBMK). Good overall and
the Tani was very good (short but sweet).

If you could write list like this
Bhajare Re Chitta (R,NS@devim sakthi bheejodhbava, T) - Kalyani - Rupakam - MD
in one pass of reading we will get it , now with your order we just have to re read it twice or thrice to register it. please try to follow this order , thank you for the review, AbhOGi especially with that soaring voice of gAyatri would have been a great treat.

rajesh,
You should go to a Doctor and get yourself a prescription for "prescriptivitis".

Personally I prefer sankark's style because the Raga alapanas stand out. I think it is also more natural as it follows the same order in which the music enters one's consciousnessrajeshnat wrote: Kalyani (R) - Bhajare Re Chitta - Rupakam - MD (NS@devim sakthi bheejodhbava, T)

In fact, in "true rajesh's spirit", I make this request
]
I would like to request all of you (including rajesh) to not post any reviews for the next two weeks, because I am too busy at work and will not get a chance to read them, and they are piling up too much.
In fact, it would be even better if you waited for my time to free up, before attending any concerts. I will let you know.
(Sorry rajesh - couldnt resist
- you have made this style of request too many times, and in the couple of times I had accomodated, there was no indication you participated in the activity you asked all of us to hold off)

Arun
I had asked in regular intervals to have a freeze on other discussions other than kutcheri reviews and vidwans and vidushis and have a temporary lock in forum for other topics. I have not raised a temporary lull on the plethora of reviews that comes up in season as it always helps each and every artist. But definitely few serious discussions and kavithai can wait till the season is over is more a request, offcourse members can decide otherwise.

Rajesh,
The poetry writers on the forum understand and are letting the reviews stream in so that they can read them too.
As for your being particular, no big deal--we all tend to be particular about something or other. You call a spade a spade without hesitation. Again, among us, there are those of us who call a kettle a kettle, a pot a pot and so on! For a regular reviewer, you always encourage and appreciate other reviewers--a large-hearted fellow who is particular

rajesh,
My "problem" with this is
a. you can always read them later next week, next month, next year
b. To my memory, you never participate in the discussions you ask people to hold off for you. Some (like crosswords) do not require active participation like a discussion.
So all you achieve is killing any interesting discussion in its tracks because of your "nappAsai" (to be put it bluntly).
