Thiruvengadu Sri Jayaraman rememberance day

Gaanapriya Foundation is organizing a concert of Smt. Vedavalli on Monday March 28, 2011, 6:00 PM.

This is a special concert in memory of Sri. Thiruvengadu Jayaraman on his birthday. As he was deeply involved with Sri. Thyagarja , we have arranged for this special concert by Smt. R. Vedavalli singing the Sanskrit kritis of the saint composer

Accompaniments will be Dr. R. Hemalatha on the violin and Sri. K. Arunprakash on the Mrudangam.

This is concert will be at Aarkay Convention Centre (Oms Lakshana 3rd floor, Royapettah High Road, Mylapore), above Jainsons showroom , opp. Vidya Mandir lane.
