I remember watching a performance for a Tamil Padam ' yaar enra raghavane' on Doordarshan. Can anyone please let me know more details like the composer, lyrics & meaning of this composition. Googled for this song & couldn't get any reference. Thank you so much.

You must be referring to the song 'yAr enRu rAghavanai' in yadukulakAmbhOji, from the 'rAma nATakm' of arunAchala kavirAyar.
