An overall translation of this enchanting Periyazhvar's pasuram :
Won't the dark ocean-hued lord, father of Manmatha, come toddling now, leaving imprints with his two feet etched with the conch and discus respectively, wherever he places them, sending waves of bliss over and over (me) again?

Rajani I was wondering about the etched sangu and conch on the feet or from the footprints ? - maybe some Sri Vaishnava can elaborate - Don't see Sridhar Rang or Krishna these days. Thanks for the translation - a sweet imagination.

S-P : refer to this verse from Venkatesha-prapatti :
rekhAmaya dhvaja sudhA kalasAtapatra-
vajrAnkusAmburuha kalpaka sankha cakrai: |
bhavyair alankruta talau paratattva cihnai:
SrI vEnkaTEsa caraNau saraNam prapadyE || 5 ||
MEANING: Oh Lord of Venkata Giri! The secret that you are the Supreme ruler of all the universes is clearly revealed by the markings seen on the soles of your holy feet. There, we see the lines taking the shapes of umbrella, nectar pot, flag, vajrA weapon, goad, lotus flower, conch, disc and kalpakA tree. These symbols adorning your feet offer unmistakable proof that you are the God of Gods. adiyEn offers my Prapatthi at these divine feet.
