Is there an audio link for this song?

Sri PS seems to have loved to pair mOhanam with Siva (kapAli, the other one comes to mind)...
S-P I will try it in a bit if you can wait...

Sure, take your time. This will be a double bonus to look forward to since we'll get the viruttam as well as the song. This is one song where mohanam fits very nicely with the lively words and think NM did it quite attractively musically. Didn't think the mridangist did too well as did NM too judging from the sidelong glances she gave him. Link below.

I had a recent separate post for the viruttam on siva perumAn that preceeds soundarya vellam. P.Bala has provided lyrics for the viruttam :

pAlninait tUTTum tAyium shAlap parindu nI pAviyEnuDaiya
Uninai urukki uLLoLi perukki ulappilA Ananda mAya
tEninaic corindu puRampuRam tirinda shelvamE shivaperumAnE
yAnunait toDarndu cikkenap piDittEn engezhun daruLuvadiniy

shyama-priya: The viruttam is from tiruvAcakam:

pAl ninaindUTTum tAyinum sAlap-parindu nI pAviyEnuDaiya
Uninai urukki uLLoLi perukki ulappu iilA Ananda mAyal
thEninai corindu puRampuRam tirindEn selvamE shivaperumAnE

Some small corrections based on what Smt. Nithyashree sings:
The composer claims that he has captured Siva and wants to know how he/Siva will now be able to roam around freely in different towns, and bless people:

pAl ninaindUTTum tAyinum sAlap-parindu nI pAviyEnuDaiya
Uninai urukki uLLoLi perukki ulappu iilA Ananda mAya
tEninai corindu puRampuRam tirinda selvamE shivaperumAnE
yAnunait-toDarndu cikkenap-piDittEn eNgezundu aruLuvadiniyE

Oh lord (perumAnE) Siva, who has roamed about (tirinda) through several cities (puram puram), copiously pouring (Sorindu) nectar (tEninai) that causes limitless/endless (ulappu illA) bliss (AnandamAya), with loving care (parindu) that exceeds (SAla) even that of a nursing (pAl ninaindUTTum) mother (tAyinum), even as you (nI) have melted (urukki) the evil heart (Uninai) of this sinner (pAviyEn uDaiya), and have caused my inner flame/inner brightness (uLLoLi) to burn brighter/flourish (perukki), I (yAn) have followed (toDarndu) you (unai) around, and have firmly (cikkena) caught (piDittEn) you in my grip. So, which other place (engu) will you be able appear in (ezhundu), and bless (aruLvadu), henceforth (iniyE)?

Meaning of the song - my attempt:

pallavi
saundarya veLLam tanil en uLLam mayangi vizhundhu amizhndadE aiyan

Bewitched/intoxicated (mayangi), my (en) heart (uLLam) has fallen (vizhundu) and immersed (amizhndadE) itself in (tanil) the deluge (veLLam) of my Lord's (aiyan) beauty (saundarya)

anupallavi
kAnta shaktiyAl Ushi pOla bhikSATanak-kOlamAna kapAliyin (saundarya…)

Like (pOla) a needle (USi) attracted by a powerful magnetic (kAnta) force/field (SaktiyAl), (my heart has become intoxicated by the deluge of the beauty of) Siva (kapAliyin) as/assuming the form of (kOlamAna) a seeker of alms (bhikshATanar)!

caraNam
mAlayanum nAn maraiyum tEDik-kANAda malaraDi iraNDin azhagum
varip-pulit-tOl ADaiyazhagum nava maNi mAlai talai mAlai mArbazhagum miLir
nIla kaNThamum aruL mazhai pozhi kuru naghai nilA vIshum matimukha azhagum
bAlacandiran aravu nadi aNi shaDaiyum rAmadAsan iru kaN kuLirak-kaNDa (saundarya…)

Beholding (kaNDa) the following sight to my/rAmadAsan's eyes (iru kaN) delight (kuLira), (my heart has been bewitched and is immersed in the deluge of my Lord's beauty): The beauty (azhagum) of my Lord's two (iraNDin) flower-like feet (malarADi) that even vishNu (mAl), brahmA (ayan), and the four (nAn) vEdas (maraiyum) have not seen (kANAda) despite their efforst to search (tEDi) for them! The beauty of his garments (Adai) made of striped (vari) tiger (puli) skin (tOl)! The beauty of his chest (mArbu) adorned with garlands (mAlai) studded with nine (nava) precious gems (maNi) and with a garland (mAlai) made of skulls (talai)! The beauty of his resplendent (miLir) blue (nIla) throat (kaNThamum), and of his tender (kuru) smile (nagai) that showers (pozhi) torrents (mazhai) of grace (aruL), and of his moon-like (mati) face (mukha) that radiates (vISum) moonlight (nilA) and of his matted locks (SaDaiyum) adorned (aNi) with the crescent moon (bAlacandiran), a snake (aravu) and the river (nadi), gangA!

My best memory of an awesome rendition of this beautiful kriti is by Allepey Sri Venkatesan at Delhi during a Palghat Mani Iyer Memorial Festival. This is to a magical accompaniment of the legendary Palghat Sri Raghu. Wish could get to listen to it once again.
