viTHa (Vithala) dekhiyElA (I saw) dOLA (with eyes) bAyIyE vO (oh lady – I think this cld be taken in context of sakhi – I also think, male dancers could express this as joyfully telling all devotees)

I saw vitthal with my eyes

vEdhalE (engaged ) hO mana (my mind) tayAchiyE (his) guNI (qualities)

My mind is constantly engaged in thinking of his qualities

kSaNbhara (for a moment) na (not) visambE (Rests) viTHTHala rukmiNI ( Vithal and Rukmini)

Vitthal and Rukmini don’t rest even for a moment or it can also be taken as, mind is not resting for a moment from thinking of Vithal and Rukmini. (with the context of the one line above)
