She is accompanied by Charulatha Ramunajam on the violin and Akshay Anand on the mrudangam.

Young akshay was fantastic and he played some superb pudukkottai patterns much to the delight of many elders and vidwans around. the hall was full and everyone showered praise on shri KSK and also Chi.Akshay. Of course Neela mami and Charulatha were excellent throughout.
