There was no translation at that link, other than:
"Meaning
kshEtra - madurai"

Are there any other sites that have translations of dikshitar compositions? If not, would anyone like to take a crack at it?

Here is an attempt:

pancASatpITha rUpiNi SrI rAjarAjESvari - O SrI rAjarAjESvari, who is embodied in the 50 Shakti-peethas!
mAM pAhi - Protect me!

panca daSAkshari - O one who has the 15-lettered Mantra,
pANDya kumAri - O Meenakshi, daughter of the Pandya King,
padma nAbha sahOdari Sankari - O wife of Shankara(Shiva), sister of Vishnu

dEvi jagajjanani - O Goddess, mother of the world!
cidrUpiNi - O embodiment of conciousness!
dEvAdi nuta guru guha rUpiNi - O one who takes the form of Guruguha who is praised by Devas etc.,
dESa kAla pravartini - O one who sets in motion the dimensions of space and time,
mahA dEva manOllAsini - O one who delights the heart of Shiva,
niranjani - O faultless one!

dEva rAja muni SApa vimOcani - O reliever of the curse of Indra and a rishi,
dEva gAndhAra rAga tOshiNi - O one pleased with the Raga Devagandhari,
bhAva rAga tALa viSvAsini - O one true to the Bhava, Raga and Tala of music,
bhakta jana priya phala pradAyini - O giver of desired results to devotees!

Rajani - lovely!

Questions:
1) What is the 15-lettered mantra?
2) What is the story behind dEvarAja muni SApa vimOcani?

Thanks Ravi. The 15-letter Mantra is simply called the Pacha-dashakshari Mantra. I do not know much about it.

The Indra-Muni incident , I think may refer to the curse given to Indra by Sage Durvasa when his elephant stepped on the garland gifted by the sage.

Could the 15 syllables be from the mantra which goes something like this..?
(Please forgive my spelling)
Om Aym Hreem Shreem
Aym Ka Ae Ee La Hreem
Kleem Ha sa ka ha La Hreem
Sauw sa ka la Hreem
