viDaivAhan oru bhAgam uDaiyAL taLar naDaiyAL
kaDaikkaN pArvaiyinAlE kali tIrkkum paradeivam

The supreme (para) god (deivam) who removes (tIrkkum) all our worries/discomfiture (kali) by a mere glance (pArvaiyinAlE) from the corner (kaDai) of her eyes (kaN), the lady who resides (uDaiyAL) in one (oru) part/half (bhAgam) of the body of the Lord that rides (vAhan) a bull (viDai), who has a soft (taLar) gait (naDaiyAL).

taLar naDai is typically used to describe the tottering and unsteady gait of a toddler - the dEvi's gait is typically likened to the swan's for grace (marALa gamani) and to the elephant's for majesty (kunjara gamani).
