Cameo - these are from Sri LGJ's composition jaya jaya dEvi, choreographed by Guru Smt. Rhaadha. These are lines from the section on pAravti pariNayam; specifically, from the scene where Siva appears as a bent old mendicant, and tries to reveal the depth of pAravti's love and devotion for the world to see - through these lines, Siva describes the apparent contrast between his rather rustic appearance, and her status as a princess. I can hear the composition again and post the details of this.
My all time favorite (as a dad) is the opening verse in pArvati pariNayam where pAravti's birth and initial years are described as the bhAgyam of himavAn!

Cameo - I listened to the section on umA pariNayam, and I thought it will be relevant to present the whole dialog. The setting is pArvati performing severe penance, swearing off even leaves, and subsisting entirely on water - dew drops on leaves and shoots (aparNA). Siva appears with the sole purpose of revealing the depth of her passion and love for him:

Yes, i heard this in a lec-dem by Sri LGJ only in a cd which i bought recently.
