The 165th Satguru Thyagaqraja Aradhana will be held at Tiruvayaru, near here, from January 9 to 13, according to Thyaga bramma Aradhana Saba President G R Moopanar. In a statement here today, Mr Moopanar appealed to all Carnatic musicians to take part in the five-day event to pay homage to Saint-Composer Thyagaraja.

Apparantly Bahula Panchami falls on Friday January 13th, the last day of festival (someone please confirm this from Panchangam).

The information seems to be correct, according to my sources in Tamil Nadu. I too may attend on the ArAdhana day, Jan 13, 2012.
