sanjIva rAyara smaraNe mADidamEle
kanasali manasali kaLavaLavAdare hanumana nenedare hAri hOgade pApa
rOma rOmake kOTi lingaudurisida (or linga udurisida) BImana nenedare biTTu hOgade pApa
purandara viThalana pUjeya mADuva guru madhva rAyara smaraNe mADida mEle
And the meaning in a very simple form here:
anjikinyAtakayya (why fear) sajjanarige (for the good people) anjikinyAtakayya (why fear)
sanjIva rAyara smaraNe mADidamEle (anymore, once you have prayed to sanjIva rAyarau)
(smaraNe is not exactly praying, it would loosely mean remember or reminisce or think of)
kanasali manasali kaLavaLavAdare hanumana nenedare hAri hOgade pApa
(if you are anxious (kaLavaLa = anxiety) in your dreams (kanasu = dream) (and) in your mind (mansasu = mind), does not the sin fly away when you think of hanumAn)
rOma rOmake kOTi lingaudurisida (or linga udurisida) BhImana nenedare biTTu hOgade pApa
(would you not be rid of your sins if you think of Bhima who shed crores of linga for each hair)

(why fear, after you have prayed to guru madhva rAya who worships purandara viThala)

1. My translation is very weak, but I hope you get the general gist of the song!
2. hanuma, Bhima and madhvAcArya are considered reincanations and are held high in the mAdhva echelon
3. I need to think a little bit more to get who exactly sanjIva rayaru is (I think the reference is for pRANa dEvaru which is vAyu)
4. I am not aware of the story in reference to Bhima - there must be a story behind this reference

The text I have seen (and what Balamuralikrishna has sung ) reads hAri hOgade bhIti (fear) and not pApa
The reference to the linga is probably to the incident (after the war) when BhIma was chased by a demon who was a Siva bhakta.
BhIma had 3 hairs given by HanamAn which he would drop producing a crore lingas each time. The bhakta got delayed by having to pray to these and BhIma escapes.

The best I have heard was from Madurai Sundar in a concert here in Michigan in 2005. It was an elaborate 30 - 40 min performance. Concert was organized by Michigan chapter of Vishwa Madhwa Sangha. I will see if I can get a recording and upload it here.
