It's taken from a German film 'Der Untergang' (English title: The Downfall) which depicts the last few days of Hitler's life. It's a really great film featuring one of the best portrayals of Hitler from Bruno Ganz. This particular scene is when Hitler realises that the German conquest has come to a staggering halt, and for all practical purposes, they've lost the war.
I realise that no one asked for all the explanation, but the cinema-lover in me just perked up I guess!

Actually I was expecting to see Hitler dressed in Veshti and trying to sing on some sabha stage. At least, the title suggested that. :^)

But it just turned out to be all talk. Just some clever transposition. Funnily thought out though.
