Kunjamma - here you go. The words in red font are slighly different from the lyrics you posted.
This was a favorite of Seerkazhi Sri Govindarajan. He used to sing it beautifully. I have seen this danced once, by Smt. Bala Devi Chandrasekhar.
pallavi
cinnam ciru peN pOlE siTRADaigaL uDukkum shivagangai kuLattarugE shrI durgai shirittiruppAL
Beside/near the (arugE) SivagangA (Sivagangai) pond (kuLattu), wearing (uDukkum) clothes (SiTRADaigaL) like (pOlE) a young (cinnam ciru) girl (peN), dEvi durgA (SrI durgai) will be smiling (SirittiruppAL)!
anupallavi
peN avaLin kaN azhagai pEshi muDiyAdu perazhagukkIDAga vEronrum kiDaiyAdu
The beauty (azhagai) of her (peN avaLin) eyes (kaN) is beyond description/words (pESi muDiyAdu); there is absolutely nothing (vEronrum kiDaiyAdu) to equal (IDAga) her dazzling beauty (pErazhagukku)!
caraNam
minnalai pOl mEni annai shivakAmi inbamellAm taruvAL eNNam ellAm uraivAL
pinnal jaDai pOTTu iccippu shUDiDuvAL pittanakku iNaiyAga nartanam ADiDuvAL
Mother (annai) SivakAmi, with a complection (mEni) that is lustrous like (pOl) lightning (minnalai), will grant (taruvAL) all (ellAm) kinds of joy (inbam), and will reside (uRaivAL) [1] in all (ellAm) of one's thoughts (eNNam)! Braiding her hair (pinnal jaDai pOTTu), she will adorn it (SUDiDuvAL) with the flower (pU) of a fig tree (icci) [2], and dance (nartanam ADiDuvAL) as the partner (iNaiyAga) [3] of Siva (pittanukku) [4].
FOOTNOTES
[1] I wonder if uraital or uRaital has another meaning like 'understands' or 'knowing'...
[2] I wonder if there a symbolism to pArvati wearing an icci-pU, like Siva wearing a konrai-pU
[3] iNaiyAga - as his equal, his partner, his consort etc.
[4] Siva is refered to pitta/pittan (madman) most notably by sundarar

Kunamma, you are very welcome. I love this song! I forgot to mention that the temple ponds in many temples have names - like the one in tirupati is called pushkaraNi, IIRC, and the one in kuzhikkarai is called gartA. The pond in the cidambaram temple is called SivagangA - 'SingAramAna Sivagangaiyil mUzhgi, SivakAmi sannidhi munbAga vandu...' goes a composition of Sri GKBs.
