Hari,

First some corrections :
1. It should be kaschinnahire or kwachinnahire instead of kachinnahire.
2. Dhyayantiye is the correct word in anupallavi
3. C2. It is BhaNitam instead of phanitam
4. C1. The first ye is not there and not required too. It is sacchidsukharuupam ( single compound word )

The meaning goes as below :

P: There is never any doubt nor need be anytime
A: Those who meditate coolly on the originator & meaning of all the letters, the one & only who is even more than brahma ( for them there is no doubt )
C1: Those who get rid of all the different worries and sing & chant the glory of the ever-pleasant inner core atma ( for them there is no doubt )
C2: Those who listen to the teachings of gurus and read meticulously the philosophy propounded by the vedas and comprehend their meanings ( and put it to use for the good of the public ) ( for them there is no doubt )

The underlying philosophy is :

Never have any doubts that :
1. there is only one parabrahmam
2. it pervades all creation - animate or inanimate ( like the atoms in rocks also have vibrations or life )
3. meditation, singing & chanting of parabrahmam gives you happiness - so always be cool & happy and spread that happiness to all
4. guru's teachings give you knowledge - so be a good listener & student and always ask to clear any doubts or misgivings
5. vedas, philosophy, etc are useful for daily life or not. Study them well & comprehend the meanings and use for the benefit of the society.

For those who do all the above religiously and honestly, there is no doubt about their "moksha" .

Reading gives fundamental knowledge, Guru seva gives real knowledge, meditation of knowledge and its use to public gives experience & wisdom, the happiness so attained gives you satisfaction ( aatmaanandam )and shows the way to realise the parabrahmam , which in turn gives you eternal salvation.

Can you comprehend all the above ? If yes, now that you know the meaning, please try to inculcate the goodness and enrich it for attaining salvation.
