Seems to be Sri Rajashekar, a very popular singer for dance, and a student of Sri MDR.

Not much info- but around 10 years back, he was at his peak, when people used to throng dance concerts just for his singing! His voice had the weight of an MDR and a melody of BMK put together! Stopped singing for his own personal reasons- now has restarted singing on a very limited scale...
