This is the first time I attending her concert live.
As I was always of afraid of caught in a stampede
It was a good concert.
Her thodi alapana was good, and mohanam was nicely done.
I thought the percussion was too loud.
It was nice during alapana and violin return as there were no banging.
Always like Gridhar Udupa, somehow today the sound did it to me.

It was a good concert, but not anywhere near the standards that Smt. Jayashree has set for herself over the years. Her voice seemed uncooperative today. She just wasn't her usual self.
And totally agree about the percussion. Giridhar Udupa was a bit disappointing today.
