Soon we could be witnessing Carnatic Music concerts being offered with Vocalists, Violinists and percussionists sitting in different parts of the country (or even different parts of the world)...with listeners scattered all over.. but linked by Internet !!!!

Possible, yes ...but desirable? I think we go to live concerts to see live people.

However, for studio recordings, of all sorts of music, or for broadcast, such technology can be a travel-saving boon.
