bhavyamaina aatma bhaavam ramyamaina jeeva ragam
navyamayina nitya taalam nikhila jagati mulam

My humble effort:
bhavyamaina::beautiful
aatma bhaavam::soul, disposition
ramyamaina::charming
jeeva ragam::existance, affectionate
navyamaina::fresh
nitya taalam::eternal, measure of time
nikhila jagati moolam::entire, universe, origin

Beautiful disposition of the soul
charming, affectionate, existance
fresh, eternal measure of time
the origin of the entire universe.

Sir,
in the third line:: fresh eternal measure of time,
the word *rhythm* would be more suiable.
*fresh eternal rhythm*

IMHO, bhaavam, raagam & taaLam should not be translated, but understood in their original sense. The verse is saying that Beautiful Bhaavam, Charming Raagam and Fresh Taalam are the root/source/origin of the entire universe. Perhaps it is in praise of Bha-Ra-Ta naaTyam.

Shrutilaya is right in one way. But the actual inner lying philosophy is that the three essential qualities or virtues required for leading a righteous life in this world are : humility, good speech & lively musical resplendence and conformity with changing times ( so that it remains always new or fresh ).

The corrected sentence is :

bhavyamaina aatma bhaavam ramyamaina jeeva raagam
navyamayina nitya thaalam nikhila jagathiki mulam

Yes!

This is from Pournami Telugu Movie of 2006. (Lyrics by Sirivennela Sitaramasastri.)

Correct Lyrics:-
bhavyamaina Atma bhAvam
ramyamaina jIva rAgam
navyamayina nitya tAlam
nikhila jagati mUlam

Interesting! My movie knowledge stops after about 1975, so I never caught on. But for someone as skilled with words as Sirivennela Sitaramasaastri, it's odd that the alliteration scheme is lost in the third line. Couldn't he find a word starting with "t" that matches tALam (like bhavyamaina bhaavam, ramyamaina raagam) - teeyanaina taaLam, teevramaina taaLam etc.,
