They're all Hindustani based ragas, and very nice ones. Not sure of all of them,
but here goes anyway. Corrections are welcome.
Matsya avatara (Pralaya Payodhi): Ahir Bhairav (~ Chakravaham)
Kurma avatara (Kshitarati): Bhupali (~ Mohana)
Varaha (Vasati DaSana): Jaijaivanti (Dwijavanthi)
Narasimha (tava kara kamala): Malkauns (Hindolam),
Vamana (chalayasi): Kedar (Hameer Kalyani)
Parasurama: Bhimpalasi (Abheri)
Rama: Bihag (Behag) I think, but also seems like Shankara (unsure which one, can someone clarify? The shloka is "vitarasi dikshu raNe")
Balarama: Durga (like Suddha Saveri)
Buddha: Sohini? (like Hamsanandi)
Kalki: Kafi or Piloo (unsure, but like Carnatic Kapi)
Concluding (Mangala shloka): Hindustani "Bhairavi" (Carnatic Sindhu Bhairavi)
but here goes anyway. Corrections are welcome.

The Matsya Avatara raga (Pralaya Payodhi) is Bhairav - equivalent is Mayamalavagowlai - even though the character is closer to Carnatic Malahari or Karnataka Suddha Saveri.
It's not Ahir Bhairav. Ahir Bhairav has Chathushruti Dhaivatam. Bhairav has Suddha Dhaivatam.

Also, just noticed:
Parasurama Avatara is not Bhimplasi/Abheri but Patdeep - nearest Carnatic Raga is Gowri Manohari.
Rama Avatra is Bihag. You are correct.
Buddha: It's not Sohini. It's Pooriya Dhanashree (Carnatic Pantuvarali)
Kalki: It's not Kafi. It's Brindavani Sarang (Carnatic Brindavana Saranga)
