A very good concert by TMK and team.
Varali, Kambhoji and Kalyani thanam were excellent.
Very slow padam, but was good.
The ragamalika part of RTP was very enjoyable.
It was started by RKS and finished by TMK, taking turns to render different raga.
RKS returns were very good throughout.
Thani by KAP and BSP was ok.

It's a pain that they keep all these TMK (-RKSK-KAP-BSP) concerts on weekdays!
shEshAcala nAyakam is a funky krti to begin a concert with!
Was there a kalyANi AlApanai following the bhairavi one (before the kalyANi tAnam)?
aThANa, nATTaikurinji and rItigauLai are very nice rAgams for tAnam.

I was there. Very difficult to get there on time, being a weekday. Typical TMK concert with all his 'chestes'.
The Bhairavi aalaapanai was lovely. And the Kalyani was of the kind that I don't really care for much.
Pallavi was nicely composed. The pallavi line was 'pAhi SrI ksSNa sadA, paramAnanda gOvindA', set to chatushra gati tishra triputa taalam.
The ragamalika swarams in the pallavi were amazing. The way each of the artistes weaved from one raagam to another, often with such subtlety, was a treat.
I thought the tani in Misra Chapu was very well done. Crisp kanakku, and some very well thought nadai bedham were its highlights.
Also, mohra and muktaya were played for both the kamboji (started and ended with eduppu) and the Bahudari pallavi (started at samam and ended at eduppu).

He did sing a very short kalyani alapana, before launching to a detailed thanam.

He didn't sing Ragamalika thanams, these ragas were part of ragamalika swarams in RTP.

"Bhairavi - Alapana/Violin
5. Nidhichala Sukhama - Kalyani - T (RTS)
Thanam by TMK
6. Thani
7. RTP Bahudari
Pallavi: Pahi Sri Krishna sada paramananda govinda mukunda
Tanam: Violin only"
Bhairavi alapana followed by kalyani krithi followed by thanam in which raga?
Thanam followed by Thani in which tala?
Pallavi followed by Thanam in which raga?
A new idiom in CM?

kunthalavarali, I think this was the order of events in the section of concert you refer to:
bhairavi AlApanai by TMK & RKSK
kalyANi AlApanai by TMK & RKSK
kalyANi tAnam by TMK
nidhicAla sukhamA <krti>
swarams to krti (by TMK & RKSK)
tani to krti (hopefully)
bahudAri rAgam by TMK & RKSK
bahudAri tAnam by RKSK
pallavi
swarams in bahudari and the other rAgams
tani (to pallavi, hopefully)
Perhaps the details of who sang/played what can be left away in the list, and may be included in the report later if felt to be necessary.
I also like to not use numbers for items when I write down lists.
