My guru (Sri S. Seshagiri Rao, an AIR A Top grade carnatic violinist) mentioned that he heard an outstanding Hindustani vocal duet on the National Programme of Music broadcast by All India Radio between 9.30 pm and 11 pm on the 18th of August, Saturday. He is not able to recall the duo's names. He mentioned that their voice range was fantastic and the concert was of a very high quality.
Is there some one who has heard this concert and can share more details of the performers. Thanks.

Sorry for the typos . I posted on the run while travelling . Will upload after I touch base over the weekend .
It was an exceptionally good performance . I do not remember another instance of such a beautiful unravelling of Megh , apart from the likes of Fateh Ali Khan and Amir Khan . Over 40 minutes it was development (badhath) in its most intricate sense without a single repetition of a phrase.
As is normal with such duos , one of the two was exceptionally brilliant and sweet . The scheme of breaking away and rejoining each other was something novel to my ears .
Sarswathy and Gavthi brought up the second half .
Overall a very engrossing concert . Very heartening and very very original music.

Varsha,
Thanks for the recording. The recording quality was very good and the concert was very nice (disclaimer: Have not listened to a lot of Hindustani music).
