It is with great pleasure that we invite you all for the fifth annual Shri Oottukkadu Venkata Kavi Aradhana in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.. The Aradhana, the first of its kind in the Americas, initiated four years ago, will be conducted by the IFCM-USA and Nadopasana in conjunction with the DFW Hindu Temple Society.

Shri Oottukkadu Venkata Kavi's (1700-65) stature as a musician, a trendsetting and pioneering composer, a reformer, and a thinker par excellence is increasingly known today. But, above all else, one cannot fail to recognize what a humble devotee he was of the Lord. It is indeed a great honor to pay our humble tributes to such a great gem adorning our world of music.
The OVK Aradhana will be held on Saturday, 10, November 2012, at 12:30 PM in the Youth Center Auditorium of the DFW Hindu Temple in Irving, TX.

We will begin with an invocation and the group rendition of OVK Saptaratna krtis led by none other than Smt Lalita Seshadri one of the most respected Musicians, senior disciple of Semmangudi Sri Srinivasa Iyer and Dr.M Balamurali Krishna.
