P: bAyarAni pALicce bhAma *nambinarATE*
A: kAyajuni bAriki karigi cintanenditi bigi kaugili jErtuvani manasunandu dalaci dalaci
C: cinnanADE nanu kOrina celiyuDiTlu jEyunA
ennaDaina vAnimATakedurADi yuNTinA
sannutAnga tirupati venkaTEsha nannu brOva

Meaning::

He does not come even if the maiden is inseperable, affectionate[p]

wasting away with the onslaught of manmatha,[cupid]

she is musing that you will hold her in a tight embrace,

reflecting,thinking, in her mind[ap]

Can the companion who desired me in my childhood,do like this?

have I ever said anything, to oppose him?

The exalted figure of tirupati venkatesha, to protect me[c]

The word*namminarATE* does not suit anywhere.

It may be *namminA rADE* meaning,*he does not come even if trusted*

There is this huge problem of transliterating from the inadequate Tamil to Telugu and then pronouncing it correctly. Mistakes can creep in at any stage.

namminaaraTE = Oh ! they have trusted !!

nammina raaDE = after trusting him, he doesn't come.

namminaa raaDE = inspite of ( knowing that we are ) trusting him , he doesn't come.

I took the first one while 5ab took the second one.

The meaning of the pallavi should be ( as per many pundits & vidwans ) = Oh ! have they trusted a lactating woman as virtuous ?

The wife laments about the affair of her man with a lactating woman.

It is clear from the uploaded tamil text, as well as the other jAvaLi publications in Telugu [N.C.ParthasArathi, Dr.Pinakapani] that the second word in the pallavi is bALice and not pAliccE.

bALi in telugu translates to concern, affection, love lust etc. I'm quite sure, it doesn't conflate meaning with palu = milk in any usage or even in dictionary entries.

I am inclined towards Smt. Savitri's translation -

bAyarAni - refusing to go away / inseparable [anapagAmini]
bALi-icche - the affectionate
bhAma - maiden
nammina - while she believed
rADE - he didn't come

'He didn't come, (despite her ) trusting, affection(-ate entreaties).

Maybe the 'many pundits & vidwans' will reconsider, and take it easy on lactating women, virtuous or not.

My words were based entirely on the Tamil text in link of OP#1. I do not have the books mentioned by keerthi right now.

I am inclined towards ....

nammina - while she believed
rADE - he didn't come
This interpretation is maybe because of the parallax error and inclined view. Already told that this is not the contextual meaning.

Take a balanced view and it may be known that " nammina " means one who believed, while " namminaa " is inspite of believing. " raaDE " is an exclamatory expression of desperation or disgust and also short for " raaDEla " which is a question. paalu = milk ; paalichchuraalu = baalinturaalu = lactating woman while paalichchebhama is vikruti or rural / local informal usage in Telugu.
