Had the privilege of watching the dance recital at Narada Gana Sabha on 19th, with my parents and relatives. It was scintillating. Each segment was brilliantly choreographed and executed. The explanation given before the beginning of each recital helped us understand the dance even better, as well as the message behind it. The last piece where Smt. Baladevi Chandrasekhar danced to explain the concept of 'Saranagathi' to Lord Govinda brought copious tears to my eyes. I have no doubt that this will be acclaimed as a masterpiece.
