Meaning for sunder te dhyAn: http://www.chembur.com/abhang/index.htm

So far I only got the meaning of the first stanza of "sAvalE sundar" through Google search:
'savale sundar roop manohar' You see his beautiful body and you feel ecstatic, you forget all your tiredness, no matter how long you see his image it still feels so inadequate.

One good one that I know of is Stotramala by Samata Books. The product with review: http://www.exoticindiaart.com/book/details/IDG453/

VK Subramaniam's Sacred Songs of India features a few abhangs of tukArAm, nAmdEv, EknAth among others with running English meaning.

For just lyrics of abhangs, AK Gopalan Publishers have published a book on the subject.
