Raagini Digital Volume Very Low

I have no idea where to post this, but was unable to find any contact information for Raagini online.

I have been using the Raagini Digital for 2-3 years now without any problem. However, this evening when I took it out to practise, I noticed its volume was extremely low even at maximal settings. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so any pointers on how to resolve this? I'm not sure I can afford another one right now.

I've got a Raagini electronic tanpura and haven't had any issues with the volume. Perhaps some loose connection inside?

The tanpura phone apps (when teamed app with an external speaker) are a pretty good alternative.

Thanks, Mohan. Maybe I'll take it to a local electronics store to have them fiddle with it. It lights up fine and the buttons all work, but there's just no volume.
