I will make an attempt since there have been no responses. My translation leaves much to be desired.Lakshman wrote:shrI bAlasubrahmaNya. rAgA: bilahari. cApu tALA. Dikshitar.

kalpa mahIruha manasija sanakAdi sEvita kumAra dhIratara hara guruguha
P: Sri balasubrahmanya! please come O the foremost(supreme) one who is desired by cidananda natha [1]
A: One who is known to all (down to children and innocent/uneducated cowherds) as the refuge of the distressed, the one who personified loving kindness and is irradiated by the glory of his own self
C: One who is extolled by (saints of the highest order) sage sanaka etc., swaminatha [2], one who resides on swami malai, father of Siva who is with Uma [3], One who is with Golden Valli (sri denotes wealth, auspiciousness and radiance, and is another name for lakshmi. srivalli has been referred to as kanakavalli here) and Devasena, one who bestows salvation instantly, one who sparkles with a lotus-like face, one whose lotus-feet bestow boons, one who is the kalpataru (gift-giving tree) to those that seek refuge in Him, one who enjoys the servitude of Manmatha and sanaka mahamuni, kumAra [4], the very brave one [5], the captivating guruguha [6]
Notes:
[1] This is a deeksha nama of a Sri Vidya initiate. I cannot say whether this is the deeksha nama of Dikshitar or someone else. The cidAnanda nAtha is one of the foremost gurus in the Sri vidya sampradaya and perhaps this is a reference to this guru who founded guhAnanda manDali.
[2]. Subrahmanya is referred to as Swaminatha in the legend where he is supposed to have provided a commentary on the pranva mantra to his own father, Lord Siva.
[3] sOma is moon but I am not aware of any story where Lord Subrahmanya is established as the Lord of the moon. However, in the legend referred to in [2], he is revered as a guru even to Lord Siva. Therefore, I interpret it as a continuation of the legend referenced in [2] and sOma as sa+ uma.
[4] kumAra is the first name attributed to subrahmanya from the time that the devas besought Lord Siva and Goddess Parvati for his manifestation.
[5] tara/tama bhEda is difference in degree; the suffix "tara" denotes the comparative degree and "tama" the superlative.
[6] I am not sure how hara fits in here. Whether it should be tagged to manasija to arrive at manasija hara or should be a standalone or a qualifier for guruguha or should be tagged to dhiratara to arrive at dhiratara hara is best answered by someone versed in Sanskrit prosody.

Thank you very much for the meaning of the krithi. Now I know what is the essence of the krithi. Though I know the meaning of some words in Sanskrit, this is not sufficient to understand the sangeetha bhava and the sahitya bhava clothed in this beautiful composition.
