Hari your two feet have, in kindness, granted me [life] here

and hereafter with ease.On this earth,your innumerable hands

The third line in the third carana should be read as:

*agitation in my mind has ceased, I have you in my possession*

A rare and beautiful sankeertana, rich withfertile imagination.indeed.
