Ketaki, no offense, but if that is tamizh, I'm afraid I have to head to a hatter (to buy a hat!). :)
I am hoping that someone is able to post a better version of the lyrics.

While the lytics posted by ketakis seemed to be in some unknown language, actually, it was tamizh. Here is my attempt at deciphering the words from an audio link, but I need someone to 1) verify the words, and 2) verify that I have translated the kauttuvam correctly.

As I understand it, this is supposed to be a kauttuvam in praise of kALi - otherwise, my instinct would have been to assume that this was a kauttuvam on Siva, the auspicious one (tirunilai) who danced in cidambaram (manrADiya) with (uDan) the undefeated (tOLAda) kALi, at the request of patanjali and vyAghrapAda...So, I need someone to verify that this indeed is a paean on kALi.

tollai AlangADu tOLAda kALiyuDan
virumbiya patanjali vyAgramar vENDavE
nandi tAtOmena nAradarum pADavE
candirar sUriyar bandham pagarndiDa
bharata vagai nUTReTTu tALa vagai AgavE
duritamuDan ilagu guru pulitamuDan kAkapadam
sESanuDan tanDADa vAnavarum koNDADa
tillai manrADiya tirunilai kauttuvam

This is a poem/paean (kauttuvam) dedicated to the auspicious one (tirunilai) [1] who danced (ADiya) in the hall (manram) of cidambaram (tillai) to the accompaniment of nandi making sounds like (ena) tA and tOm on his mRdangam, and nArada (nAradarum) singing (pADavE), and as the Sun (sUriyar) and the moon (candirar) explain (pagarndiDa) their tie/relationship (bandham) to each other, and as the 108 (nUTReTTu) types (vagai) of dancing (bharata) become (AgavE) the various types (vagai) of the tALas – including aspects such as dhrutam (duritam), laghu (ilagu), guru, plutam (pulitam) along with (uDan) kAkapadam, as her anklets (taNDu) dance (ADa) along with (uDan) AdisESa (sESan), and even the gods (vAnavarum) celebrated (koNDADa), when the loving (virumbiya) patanjali and vyAghrapAda (vyAgrama) submitted their request (vENDavE) to the undefeated (tOLAda) kALi (kALiyuDan) in the ancient (tollai) city of AlangADu!

[1] tirunilaimagal is an auspicious woman who is a sumangali – I have translated this contextually

Here is a visual of this kauttuvam, performed in the mELattUr style of bharatanATyam of Guru Sheela Unnikrishnan, by her prime disciple, Harinie Jeevitha.
