Yes, there was. Chalamela in Darbar.

Pranatosmi Devam in Nattai sounded like a Tulasivanam krithi.

3. nIlOtpalAmbikayA- kannaDagauLa adi- R

If they had charged admission, this krithi alone would have justified the ticket price.

If you wanted to listen to Kalyani without the hackneyed phrases, this was it. A revelation that opens one's eyes!

There are just no words to write about this.

Rakhiyon Hamaara Laaj - Surdas bhajan in Sindhubhairavi. Wow! Just WOW!

Some lucky 30 persons or so attended this concert. That is a sure sign that the battle for good classical music has been lost.

It was being webcast live. I wonder if there were any takers for that either.
