The composer of "kO vA rAgO rajitO rasika" is H.Yoganarasimham from hoLenarasIpura in Hassan Dt. The album in which MSS has sung the song is actually an album of his compositions only. This particular song, he composed after being inspired by the riot of colours(rAga) he saw in a flower show in Lalbagh.

He is the father of H.Y.Sharadaprasad who was the personal secretary to the former PM Indira gandhi. The ranjani kRti "sadA sAranganayanE" (which is also present in the album) is also his composition.

Thank you so much for your response with lyrics and author details. Is there a way I can listen to this song in the internet. I have heard and learnt this song a long ago and also performed this song in Veena in Dubai, 1989.
