I find that the dancers of Sadir were more conservatively dressed than the present dancers of Bharathanatyam and films.

Really??? Forgot to add that people in the movies would the first to admit that what they have may have a distant connection to bharatanATyam.....like petroleum and coal tar, perhaps!
