Yes, in the iNai (equal) sense. None other but him.
In the 'pair' sense, as we notice in these threads, Devan is the other one who makes up the pair (jODu).

Either that Kalki has no equal or, Devan alone can match him. (*) (*)

Yes, it's generally available. In particular, Vikatan itself recently published it :

I can only suggest propagation of these URL's as a way of publicizing his autobiography, which is actually a history of Tamil during last century. A must read for every Tamil, in my opinion.

For those who may not be able to read Tamil, Kamil Zvelebil has translated 'en cariththiram' into English.
in 2 volumes. I don't know if these volumes are still in print. I have given them as presents in the past.

K V Jagannathan wrote a shorter book completing U V S' unfinished biography., called "en aaciriyap piraan'. It is also a good book to read.

பெரும்பாலும் வண்ண விருத்தம் .... சந்தத்திற்கு ‘மேல்’ ஒருபடி கடினம்.... வல்லின, மெல்லின, இடையினங்களைப் பற்றி ஜாக்கிரதையாக இருக்க வேண்டும். வண்ண விருத்தங்கள் யாவும் சந்த விருத்தங்களே. ஆனால் எல்லாச் சந்த விருத்தங்களும் வண்ண விருத்தங்களாகா.

என் நூலில் அத்தியாயம் 49 -இல் இதற்கு முதல் அறிமுகம்.

மரபுக் கவிதைகளில் மிகவும் கடினமான இலக்கணம் கொண்டது என்று திருப்புகழைக் கூறலாம். இது அருணகிரியின் ‘கண்டுபிடிப்பு’ என்றே சொல்லலாம். அருணகிரிக்குப் பின் பாம்பன் சுவாமிகள், ‘வண்ணச் சரபம்’ தண்டபாணி சுவாமிகள், சாதுராம் சுவாமிகள் போன்றோர் இப்பா வகையில் இயற்றியுள்ளார்கள்.

சாதுராம் சுவாமிகள் ஆசுகவியாய்ப் பாடும் திறம் கொண்டவர். அவர் டொராண்டோ கோவில் முருகனைப் பற்றிப் பாடிய “அருட்புகழை”க் கீழே படிக்கலாம்.

In MY Humble opinion the REST pale in comparison to Arunagirinathar. I do not question their Bhakthi& Devotion- I AM SIMPLY NOT QUALIFIED- the Grammar& intent may be there BUT a Vaggeayakara in my opinion is a SPECIAL SPECIES: GKB, Koteeswara Iyer, Papanasam Sivan BELONG to a category which TECHNICALLY music+lyrics+ content place them in a special category but ARUNAGIRINATHAR IS UNPARALLED becuse of his DIVINE BLESSINGS AS WELL AS INSPIRATION......ONE person's one cent....VKV :-ss
