Hi,
I'm a student of Carnatic violin, currently based in Canada......
I've been trying to find a Carnatic violinist who is willing to record various varnams, kritis, etc, that I can watch and learn from as a reference.
Nothing fancy. Just a camera pointed at the violin while they play, then upload and send to me.
Of course I'm willing to pay fees for the time this takes. Whatever is appropriate.
Does anyone here know anyone who could be willing to do this for me? I'm at my wits end, have been trying to do this for a long, long time.

Dear brother-member, prashanth12, Long ago I have myself played 9 select Varnas and Bhairavi Swarajathi on Violin in detail and uploaded the videos to ‘youtube.com/user/msakella’ for educational purpose to be helpful to the aspirants. If you go through the sub-thread ‘Teaching/learning Karnataka violin’ under the main thread ‘Music School’ of this forum you will get all the respective URL links. I do not know whether they can be useful to you or not. However, having seen your inquisitive post I wanted to respond. amsharma
