I think there is a Lakshman Rekha in everything as such. We have to respect the wishes of artistes in regard to any clandestine recording done and shared without their permission, if they ask it to be removed.
This will in my opinion ensure a mutual respect between rasikas and artistes.

I agree.
I also note the all-round show of legal ignorance in the blog article. It isn't so hard for people to look up the basics: why do they not do so before making assertions about these things.
Possession is an offence? They must be employing TMK as their lawyer.
