Very good concert and most of the ragas sung were first this season.
Her Pallavi rendering was excellent which is her forte.
More so enjoyed this along with Sri Badri and Sri Jayan. Thanks to both of you.

Badari, missed the brilliant swaras she sang for niroshtha, in your report.

She sang all four charanams of the 'padavi Ni'.. haven't heard all four before in a concert.

Alapana of Vardhini and brilliant swaras for Niroshta speaks volumes of her vidwat. Thanks for the review. I am yet to hear her music as her concerts in Chennai are very rare. Waiting.

It was a brilliant concert by Manda Sudharani. Every raga sparkled - so many rare kritis and ragams rarely heard on stage. BU Ganesh prasad's accompaniment deserves special mention. And she gave a tani to J Vaidyanathan and BN Chandramouli early ( to avoid the walkouts staged during the same. )
