Here you go.

Although the singer enunciates the first word (and repeatedly through the piece) as SivanE, I think it is an issue of accent - I think it should be Sivanai/haranai/seidavanai - except for one phrase where the composer is asking Siva to destroy his sorrows, the rest of it is a monologue with his own mind/heart.

pallavi
shivanai ninaindu tudi pADu manamE

Oh mind (manamE)! Please meditate on/think of (ninaindu) Siva (Sivanai), and sing (pADu) his praises (tudi).

anupallavi
dashamukhanin agandai azhitta haranai shivanai
vEDanAi vandu manam magizhndu varamaruL seidavanai

(Please meditate upon and sing the praises of Siva), on that Siva (Sivanai, haranai), who destroyed (azhittavan) the ego (agandai) of the ten-headed rAvaNa (daSamukhanin) [1], and who came (vandu) as a hunter (vEDanAi), and in delight (manam magizhndu), granted (aruL seidavanai) boons (varam) [2].

muktAyi svara sAhityam
tunga malai irangi vA en tunbam tIrka vA
eDutta padam tUkki ADa ramai pADa vAsudEvan maddaLam kUDa ayyan tALam pODa tillai sabhaiyil...enRADum deivanai (Shivanai ninaindu...)

Please descend (irangi vA) from the top of the exalted (tunga) mountain (malai) [3] and come (vA) to remove (tIrka) my (en) sorrows (tunbam). (Please meditate upon and sing the praises of Siva), on that god (deivanai) who dances (Ada) with his raised (eDutta) foot (padam) kept elevated (tUkki) as lakshmI (ramai) sings (pADa) and the beats from vishnu's (vAsudEan) drum (maddaLam) join in (kUDa) and brahmA (ayan) keeps time with the cymbals (tALam poDa) in the assembly/hall (sabhai) in cidambaram (tillai) as he dances (ADum) to the sorkaTTu that go (enRu).......

caraNam
shivamahiimaiyil Anandam aDai manamE shiva shiva hara hara

Oh mind (manamE), please experience (aDai) bliss (Anandam) in the glory (mahimaiyil) of Siva

caraNa svara sAhityam [3]
mOhini rUpam kaNDu mOham koNDu aNaittadum ayyan pirandadu
kAlakUDa viDam kaNTham tanil koNDa aNDam kAppATRa nErndadum
muppuram poDi seidadum karpaga nAyaki uDalil maraindadum
kAmanai erittadum kAlanai vadaittadum arputam arputamAi ninru manam magizha (shiva mahimaiyil Anandam aDai manamE)

(Oh mind, experience bliss) to your heart's (manam) delight (magizha) (in the glory of Siva), which include many wondrous (arputam arputamAi) deeds, such as:
1) the birth (pirandadum) of ayyappan (ayyan) when Siva beheld (kaNDu) the dazzling form (rUpam) of mOhini and embraced (aNaittadum) her out of infatuation (mOham koNDu),
2) when it came about (nErdadum) that Siva had to swallow and hold (kONDa) the deadly poison (viDam), halAhalam (kAlakUDa) in (tanil) his throat (kaNTham) to protect (kApATRa) the universe (ANDam),
3) when he burned to ashes (poDi) the three celestial cities (muppuram),
4) became one/disappeared (maraindadum) into the body (uDalil) of pArvati (karpaga nAyaki),
5) burned (erittadum) manmatha (kAmanai), and
6) felled (vadaittadum) yama (kAlanai).

FOOTNOTES
[1] Refers to the time when rAvaNa in his infinite ego thought he could uproot kailAS, a mere mountain in his eyes - Siva teaches him a lesson by crushing him under the pressure of big toe - to repent, rAvaNa fashions a vINa out of his femur (stem of the vINa) and shreds of his intestines (for strings) and plays divine music (said to be kAmbhOji) which delights Siva, who not only forgives him, but grants him the boon that he (rAvaNa) could not be killed by a god or a demon, setting the stage for rAma, a human being, to kill him with the help of hanumAn (an animal)
[2] Refers to kirAtArjunIya - the story of arjunA and Siva as the hunter (kirAta) - before the end of this agnyAtavAsam, arjuna decides to propitiate Siva for his blessings, and performs austere penance - just as Siva decides to reward him, a demon in the form of boar charges at arjunA who is in deep meditation - to protect him, Siva appears as a hunter (kirAta) and shoots an arrow at the boar, but arjunA, the great warrior that he is, also awakens and shoots an arrow at the boar - both arrows hit the boar which dies, but arjunA and the kirAta get into a fight as to whose arrow killed the boar - after a long and arduous fight, arjunA realizes that the kirAta is none other than Siva and falls at his feet - pleased with arjunA's penance and his valor, Siva grants him the pAsupatAstram
[3] The carana svara sAhityam offers scope for multiple sancAris based on the time the dancer has
